How tuition works
Lavina and Grayce give you the figures in writing at the tour, for the room and schedule you need.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on your child's room, the schedule you choose and how many days a week your child comes. We write the figures down for you at the tour, so you see the number for your own family.
Your child's room
Full day, part day or three days a week
Days a week
Registration
Registration opens your child's enrollment file and puts your family on our roll. It is paid once, when you hand in the application.
Holding a place
When a place opens, we hold it for your family once we have your application and registration. What you pay to hold it goes toward your first month. If the room is full, we put you on the waitlist and call the family that has waited longest.
Billing
Tuition is billed weekly, on Friday for the week ahead, and paid at the front desk or by autopay through the parent portal. If a payment is late, Grayce talks with you before anything changes.
Siblings
A second child from the same family is handled differently. Ask at the tour and we put the terms in writing. Brothers and sisters of enrolled children can also come before and after the school day when there is room.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' notice, in writing or in person, before your child leaves. The weeks that remain are billed as usual.
Uniforms, costumes and other costs
A few costs sit outside weekly tuition: supplies for art and play, and the Fours' walking trips around the neighborhood. Each is on its own line, and Lavina lists every line at the tour.
